For Kids

How to Keep Cholesterol Range Normal

    1. Consume foods that contain a lot of fibers. It is because fibers are able to lower the level of the bad kind of cholesterol. Choose healthy fats to consume, such as olive oil, avocado, and nuts. The fats in these kind of foods will not increase the level of LDL in your blood.
    2. Keep your body weight in normal number. Obesity tend to increase the level of cholesterol in your blood. It also put you in higher risk of getting heart attack.
    3. Do exercise regularly. Spare at least 30 minutes to 60 minutes a day to work out. Or if it is too much for you, exercise at least 3 times a week. By working out regularly, you will be able to lose some weights, increase the level of HDL and decrease the level of LDL in your blood.
